Here is a brief summary of the platform:
Crowdestor is an Estonian platform that began its journey in 2018. It is currently one of my favoriteplatforms, with returns of 9% to 36%,with a full return on investment policy, although it may take 60 days (or longer, as is happening to me with three projects with the longest delay). After these two months, the originator of the loan undertakes to repurchase the loan and to reimburse the investors for the accrued income, including interest.
It is a platform with very variable returns, safe and with the following characteristics:
- Business projects, real estate, creation of new companies and transport.
- It generates monthly interest and also generates interest from the day the investment is made without waiting for the project to be financed.
- They have a page in Spanish, but the details of the projects are not translated.
- Periods between 3 and 24 months.
- They describe some details of the borrowers in each project and the number of investors.
- Investments can be made from 50 euros.
- They have an amount of 360,000 euros (30/11/2020) to contribute to possible defaults.
- They provide a blog with four categories and publish every few months.
- Since October 2020 they have a secondary market and they have also implemented an autoinvest which I have not tried so far.
- They launch between 20 and 60 projects a month.
- You cannot withdraw the project amount until it is complete.
